This book presents a hypothetical solution to avoid terrorist attacks on Islamic-inspired freelance or individual terrorism, as well as terrorism designed as the “lone wolf”. In the first part of the book, the author develops the great problems that exist to face Islamic-inspired terrorism. After this understanding, in the second part, the profiles of several terrorists will be analyzed, from Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (attack in Boston Marathon), to Mohammed Merah (the terrorist in Toulouse), to Cherif and Said Kouachi (responsible for the attack on Charlie Hebdo, in Paris), passing through “Unabomber”, and Anders Breivik, the “lone wolf” of Oslo. Solutions will be presented, through a checklist, and will be reflected some anti-terrorist and counterterrorist measures that need to be implemented for the success of the fight against terrorism.O presente livro apresenta uma solução-hipótese para serem evitados atentados terroristas do terrorismo freelance ou individual de inspiração islâmica, bem como do terrorismo designado como “lobo solitário”. Na primeira Parte do livro, o autor desenvolve os grandes problemas existentes para ser enfrentado o terrorismo de inspiração islâmica. Após essa compreensão, na segunda Parte, serão analisados os perfis de vários terroristas, desde Tamerlan e Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (atentados de Boston, a Mohammed Merah (o terrorista de Toulouse), a Cherif e Said Kouachi, responsáveis pelo atentado ao Charlie Hebdo, em Paris, passando por “Unabomber” e Anders Breivik, o “lobo solitário” de Oslo. Serão apresentadas soluções, apresentadas numa checklist, e refletidas algumas medidas antiterroristas e contraterroristas que necessitam de serem implementadas para o sucesso do combate ao terrorismo.
